I made it to Texas

OH MY WORD!  I am getting too old to drive that long!  900 miles in one day is too much!  I am scheduled to return the day after Christmas so I can be here when my grandson arrives.  Searching for flights after this post!  LOL!

This card reminds me of how Blessed I am that I arrived safely!  And for many more reasons too!

Supplies:

  • Card Stock – Crushed Curry 131199; Cajun Craze 119684; Watercolor paper 122959
  • Stamp Pads – Old Olive 126953; Delightful Dijon 138327; Tangerine Tango 126946; Cherry Cobbler 126965; Soft Suede 126978; Stazon 101406

Measurements
  • Crushed Curry 8½ x 5½    
  • Cajun Craze 5¼ x 4
  • Watercolor paper 5 x 3¾; 4¼ x 2
         
Instructions:
  1. On the watercolor paper apply a light layer of water with the aqua painter.
  2. To add the color to the watercolor paper: squeeze the ink pads while it’s close, open ink pad, using the ink in the lid with the aqua painter brush into watercolor paper.
  3.  From top to bottom Old Olive, Crushed Curry, Tangerine Tango, Cajun Craze and Cherry Cobbler. Let Dry
  4. Stamp the dots from Gorgeous Grunge using Soft Suede ink.
  5. Stamp the greeting using Old Olive ink.
  6. Adhere to Cajun Craze card stock then into card front.
  7. Stamp the leave using Stazon ink into the smaller watercolor paper cutout with the matching Framelits
  8. Color leaves with the aqua painter randomly in Old Olive, Crushed Curry and Tangerine Tango. Let dry.
  9. Apply a light layer of Fine-Tip glue over the leave and sprinkle some dazzling diamond glitter. Let Dry
  10. Add a little bow with linen thread and adhere to card front with dimensional
